*We are changing the date of the bike ride, due to the availability of riders on Sunday vs. Saturday.
* We will be adding a few new features this year, so you do not want to miss out!! We are going to add a 25 mile bike ride as well as mountain biking on the hill and surrounding trails on the Cochran property.
Join us for the 8th Annual Cochran 100 Bike Ride. It is a scenic ride that has some breath-taking views of Mount Mansfield. We guarantee you won’t be disappointed! For those of you that don’t feel up to the challenge of 100 miles we also have a 50 mile route available. The ride starts and finishes at Cochran Ski Area in Richmond, Vermont.
In 1998 Cochrans Ski Area, Inc. became the first not-for-profit ski area in North America. The money raised from this ride will help fund our after-school ski programs. We introduce skiing to over 800 local children every year. Fund raising events like this enable us to keep our prices affordable so every child can have the opportunity to ski.
Come bike with us so Vermont children can ski!
DATE: Sunday, October 2nd
TIME: 100 mile ride starts at 9:00 AM.
50 mile ride starts at 12 noon.
25 mile ride starts at 1 PM.
Join us for a cookout of Burgers & Dogs after the ride (3:00 PM)
